Campaign Creative/Grant Writer/Storyteller 2-11-2020
Located in Lowell, MA, TerraCorps is an AmeriCorps affiliated start-up environmental non-profit
preparing and mobilizing emerging leaders to help communities gain access to and conserve land for
people and nature.
Working at the intersection of the land conservation and urban agriculture movements, our vision is
to create a future where land is the foundation of health and well-being for ALL people in EVERY
community.
The Campaign Creative is a key member of what we call the Abundance Circle. In this role, you’ll
use the power of creativity to activate philanthropic investment, inspire corporate partnerships,
raise brand awareness, and galvanize public support. Using your strategic marketing and
communications skills, the Campaign Creative will design and manage campaigns for fundraising,
member and service site recruitment, and alumni engagement.
You will tell TerraCorps’ impact story by writing inspirational grant narratives, designing
stunning marketing materials, and producing audio/visual content. The Campaign Creative must be a
detail-oriented project manager, creative thinker, skillful writer, and extraordinary visual
designer who can bring a story to life on paper, in presentations, and across digital media
platforms. Collaborating across the organization, the Campaign Creative has the opportunity to
support cross-functional, self-managed project teams with the creative skill-set as a strategy to
raise the resources and support they need to achieve the environmental and social outcomes we seek.

a plus. Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience; health & supplemental insurance
benefits, retirement plan w/company match, FSA, paid time off (3 weeks vacation, 10 holidays, 8
personal, sabbatical after 5 years) paid parking, and a flexible schedule.
