Greenagers - Internship Positions

Climate Action Middle School Teachers (2)
Mon-Thu 8:30am-3:00pm
Early July through the first week in August
Greenagers is able to reach students even before high school with our after-school and summer programs for kids. With Greenagers staff, middle schoolers venture outdoors to explore, engage, and ultimately give back to the environment and community. We encourage students to make more informed decisions about how they treat the world around them through hands-on activities involving climate change, nature observation and appreciation, and service-learning projects for those within the community and our international neighbors. Each season ends with service learning projects through which the kids help a community member or organization, learn an important skill (e.g. woodworking, gardening), and experience how a community is supported and strengthened.
Middle school can be challenging for many kids, and we aim to show these kids that their community offers beauty and inclusion, and a chance for them to maintain that beauty.
Greenagers is looking for responsible individuals with a passion for teaching to help the mission of the Climate Action Middle School Program.
