Mystic Seaport Museum Sailing Center is seeking Counselors in Training (CITs): Overnight and Day.
Camp runs from June 19-August 18, 2023. Day CITs must be at least 14 years old Overnight CITs must be at least 16 years old 2 consecutive camp weeks are preferred

The CIT program gives 14-18-year-olds the opportunity to develop leadership skills in a summer sailing camp environment. CITs build teaching, teamwork, and youth development skills under the guidance of camp staff. The CIT program is a volunteer community service position that includes leadership training. Overnight camp runs from Sunday to Friday each week. CITs are dropped off on Sunday morning and get picked up on Friday afternoon. Room and board is included. Weekend accommodations are not available. Day camp runs from Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30. No nighttime accommodations are available for day CITs. Sunday training is not required but strongly encouraged.
